The first ever Redbreast Single Cask bottled exclusively for Australia. This project has been in the works for more than 18 months. Age statement and single cask whiskies are selling at ridiculous prices overseas and are going to be much harder to source in the coming years. Barrel and Batch tried three casks; a 16yo, a 17yo and an 18yo and while they were all absolutely brilliant the 18yo was the unanimous choice. It celebrated its 19th birthday just prior to bottling.
