These 7 whiskeys have been finished in casks made from virgin Irish oak grown in Kylebeg Wood on the Ballykilcavan Estate, near Stradbally in Co. Laois.The oak influences these special whiskeys with the unique flavour of the heart of Ireland. Each of these Irish oak casks has then matured selected Midleton Whiskies between 13 and 26 years old. These are single pot still whiskies, first matured in our traditional American Oak Bourbon Barrels before being transferred to this native Irish oak.
