Bushmills 2011 Banyuls Cask is also the last Bushmills release with Helen's name on it. The Whisky Hall of Fame inductee is moving on after nearly three decades making whiskey at the world’s oldest distillery, and we're deeply honoured to be sharing this historic milestone with her.
